Please review Sassy Stirrup's Terms of Sale policies. NOTE: when an order is placed on this website, the purchaser is required to agree or disagree with the terms listed below. Disagreeing to the terms of sale will void your entered order information and return you to the Sassy Stirrup web site.

 

Order Information

Please make sure all the information you supply is correct. Any cancellations after orders are processed are subject to restocking charges.

  • All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping & handling are not included in the item prices.
  • Federal, state or city tax is not included in the item/unit price. 
  • Most orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days of order placement. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the same order in which they are received.
  • When shipped by UPS or USPS ground or truck, allow 5 to 10 business days after shipment for delivery. Air delivery is available upon request for most items.
  • Most orders are shipped USPS or UPS ground service. If too large or heavy for USPS or UPS, Sassy Stirrup will ship by truck. Oversize and/or heavy items require additional shipping and handling fees and may require additional delivery time.
  • Alternate shipping arrangements may be available. Contact Sassy Stirrup for details. Additional handling fees will apply.
  • We attempt to ship orders complete - however partial shipments may be necessary at times.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

 

Terms of Sale

  • All payments to Sassy Stirrup must be made in U.S. funds (U.S. Dollars) only.
  • Sassy Stirrupaccepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for credit card payment.
  • Additional charges will be applied to all payments that are returned, refused, canceled, contested or have non-sufficient funds.
  • Orders paid by check are subject to a holding period before shipment.
  • Sorry - No C.O.D.s.
  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All transactions are subject to government regulations at time of purchase.
  • Sassy Stirrup reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
